My Philosophy - Why Photography?
I love photography, I love the process of creating, I love people, I love seeing the faces of people when they see a great picture, I love telling stories about the pictures and bringing them to life, I love when people say how much they love my work, I love the freedom of being a photographer, I love sharing, I love teaching photography, I love giving away my work to friends and family, I love traveling, I love learning what's behind the face in the pictures, I love nature, I love serving, I love using my talents to bless the lives of those I come in contact,
I love doing what I love to do... and I hope you do too.

About Galleries: My philosphy about web sites is much different than many other photographers.
I've looked through tens of thousands of pictures taken by many of people.
I know that most people could take their best 10-20 pictures make them look good
and pass themselves off for a great photographer (which they might be).
BUT:
I don't want my site to be a commercial teaser ...
A place where you come and see a dozen or two of my best works in order to convince you to believe I'm good.
Not everything that is "good business" is "good."
I hope that my site is more of a "true gallery"... an extensive showing of hundreds of photos.
Still I try to submit the best, but not everyone is a knock-out winner,
some are just "good" and they get the job done.
It is ever growing and changing, and you'll always have something to look at,
it's not a little billboard with a picture and a phone number. Look around and enjoy and come back and look some more.
There are pictures from my travels, special events, jobs
and pictures of places and of people that I happen to be around at the right place and right time.
All pictures are available to be printed.
Please feel free to request any galleries that you want to see on this website for the future.

A Photographic Quotes of Interest and Impact:
For the first time I know what love is;
what friends are; and what art should be.
LOVE is a seeking for a way of life;
the way that cannot be followed alone;
the resonance of all spiritual and physical things....
FRIENDSHIP is another form of love -- more passive perhaps,
but full of the transmitting and acceptances of things like thunderclouds
and grass and the clean granite of reality.
ART is both love and friendship and understanding:
the desire to give.
It is not charity, which is the giving of things.
It is more than kindness, which is the giving of self.
It is both the taking and giving of beauty,
the turning out to the light of the inner folds of the awareness of the spirit.
It is a recreation on another plane of the realities of the world;
the tragic and wonderful realities of earth and men,
and of all the interrelations of these.
